Doctors and scientists looked at more than 30 diets and found that they worked for a while, but after initially losing weight, the person put all the weight on again.
It’s not necessarily our state of mind that makes us fail, but our lifestyle and genetics.
When you start, you feel weak and defeated, you’re not thinking straight. You are on a low, because you cannot control your eating.
It seems like our mindset controls most things, but not everything. Our mind tells our body something different to what the diet tells us and our metabolism is telling our body to gain weight, can you believe it? Our metabolism has it?s own agenda.
